As you are aware, on May 12, 2006, Bob Brown filed, pro se, a historic and precedent setting slavery disclosure and qui tam (whistleblower) lawsuit in the Circuit of Cook County against 12 Defendants, 90 other Defendants were dismissed without prejudice, alleging that they committed more than 102 counts of perjury, from January 10, 2005 to May 12, 2006, on their Slavery Era Disclosure Affidavits and Economic Disclosure Statements. The counts of perjury have grown since May of 2006, and continue to grow everyday.
Oral Arguments on Defendant’s Joint Motion for Dismissal were heard on November 9, 2007. We are waiting for Judge Rita M. Novak to announce her decision.
