Pan-African Roots, and Bob Brown, are involved in a number of exciting projects, campaigns, activities and events, including, but not limited to:
- Building a WebPortal on 4,000 years of the Slave-Trade, Slavery and Slave-Like Practices and Conditions, and the struggle to prohibit and abolish them, and declare them crimes against humanity;
- Litigating our Slavery Era Disclosure Lawsuit in Chicago, and building a campaign to demand enforcement of the Slavery Disclosure Ordinances in Philadelphia, Detroit and Wayne County, Chicago, Milwaukee, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and Richmond (California);
- Helping build the Kwame Ture Work-Study Institute and Library in Conakry, Guinea; and
- Researching and writing about Kwame Ture, the Black Power, Pan-African Movement, and African Student Movements, the Student Non-violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC), the Black Panther Party (BPP), and a host of other movements and organizations that we worked with.
